FREE Rides to the Polls is a program from Souls to the Polls WI that matches voters with drivers, offering free round-trip rides to Milwaukee area voters who would like to go vote or return their absentee ballots. To schedule a FREE ride to the polls for the 2024 Spring Election & Presidential Preference Vote, please call our hotline number at (414) 742-1060.

Rides will be available from Monday, March 25th – Saturday, March 30th during the second week of early voting in Milwaukee. You can get a ride Monday–Friday from 12pm–5pm or on Saturday, March 30th from 10am–2pm.

Rides will also be available on Election Day, Tuesday, April 2nd from 7am–7pm.

We offer round trip door-to-door service to vote or drop off an absentee ballot.

Callers are encouraged to leave a message and someone will call them back if they contact the hotline outside of regular hours.

Volunteers Needed!
When: Election Day, Tuesday, April 2, 2024
Become a volunteer poll driver or rides scheduler with Souls to the Polls WI! We are in need of 30 poll drivers and 15 schedulers for the upcoming election.
30 Volunteer Poll Drivers: Poll drivers provide voters in our community with free rides to the polls. Whether you have a few hours to spare or can commit to a full day, your contribution can significantly impact voter turnout and democracy.
15 Volunteer Schedulers: Volunteer schedulers work our Virtual Call Center and manage our hotline in order to coordinate free rides to the polls for callers who are requesting assistance. Great communication skills and the ability to multi-task are key for this role. This job is virtual and can be done in the comfort of your home.
